This course is specifically designed for military personnel, private military contractors, and other individuals who work with firearms, particularly in combat situations.
Medical resources and access to emergency medical services are often limited in such environments.
On the battlefield, traumatic injuries such as bullet or blast wounds are statistically common and present significant challenges in terms of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC).
The course aims to provide students with the skills to identify and treat casualties with preventable causes of death, keeping them alive long enough to reach hospital.
