Founder
Matei Florin has 9 years proven as an operator in a police tactical unit. Background in close quarter battle, high risk arrests, and dignitary close protection; specially trained to intervene in high-risk events like hostage and barricade situations. He was working also 4 years in High Risk Zones ( Cost of Somalia, Nigeria, Gulf Of Aden, Yemen) in anti piracy missions as a Private Military Contractor.
Matei is the founder of Tactical Combat System/TCS, a modern fighting system that utilize blades and firearms combat tactics combined with trauma medicine, improvised weapons and also escape and evasion techniques.
He teaches his system in many countries around Europe for military, law enforcement, security personnel and for civilians.
In addition to his operational and instructional background, Matei is also a Ordained Minister and Ministry Chaplain, ordained through the Christian Leaders Institute. This achievement allows him to guide Tribe 13 not only in the physical and tactical disciplines, but also in spiritual development, moral leadership, and the warrior–protector faith path. His chaplaincy role strengthens the community with biblical teaching, spiritual warfare guidance, and pastoral support, echoing the warrior-monk tradition that inspires Tribe 13.

Boris Noga is a seasoned Global Operations Security Expert with extensive experience in Executive Close Protection across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Since the founding of the Toma Amputee Foundation, he has led global security operations, overseeing risk management, personnel safety, and field support for missions focused on human trafficking and survivors of war—primarily in Uganda and South Sudan.

Fionn has honed his skills in various forms of martial arts and he is specialized in edged weapon tactics. His expertise lies in teaching knife techniques, trauma medicine(stop the bleed) and combat mindset.
His commitment to empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves is reflected in his rigorous training being a veteran in the Tribe 13 and managing to obtain the TCS LEVEL- 1 Instructor degree.

Dennis is a wilderness survivalist and primitive bushcraft expert with an unparalleled passion for the natural world. From a young age, he felt a deep connection to nature, spending countless hours exploring forests, mountains, and rivers.
He immersed himself in the teachings of ancient civilizations, indigenous cultures, and traditional survival techniques. Determined to master the art of living off the land, he spent years honing his skills through hands-on experience and learning from seasoned mentors.
Dennis expertise extends to a wide range of essential wilderness survival skills. He can effortlessly start a fire using primitive methods, construct sturdy shelters using natural materials, and craft tools and weapons from raw resources. He has an in-depth knowledge of edible plants, tracking, trapping, and foraging, making him self-reliant in any environment.

Kristopher is a certified Level 1 TCS (Tactical Combat System) Instructor and represents Tribe 13 in Switzerland. He has extensive training across multiple martial arts and combat systems, developing a high level of practical knowledge and skill.
Kristopher is capable of teaching knife and edged weapon tactics, escape and evasion techniques, and trauma medicine, all in accordance with the Tribe 13 TCS Level 1 methodology.
He brings both experience and discipline to his role, contributing to the development of capable and prepared Protectors.
Haikel Jamel Ouled Khlaf

Haikel is a certified Level 1 TCS (Tactical Combat System) Instructor representing Tribe 13 in Holland. He has a long career in the private security industry, bringing extensive real-world experience to his role.
With a strong background in multiple martial arts and combat systems, Haikel has developed a high level of practical skill and operational understanding. He is qualified to teach blade and edged weapons tactics, trauma medicine, and personal security, all in accordance with the Tribe 13 TCS Level 1 methodology.
Through his experience and professionalism, he plays an important role in developing capable and disciplined Protectors within his region.
